In this 60-minute session, presenter Paul Hedges (Small Business SA) will focus on two topics that will help you increase your sales.
- Defining your point of difference: An often overlooked but critical component to any business’ success. Paul will explore what makes a true point of difference and provide relevant examples.
- Creating sales funnels, value stacks and offers that don’t involve discounting: Understanding sales funnels has always been important but even more so now given the explosion in online sales/researching. Paul will also discuss how to create offers that do not rely on heavy discounting.
6.00pm onwards: Networking drinks
Meet presenter Paul Hedges (GradCertBus(Mgt), CertIVTrngAssmnt):
Paul is an experienced Business Consultant and Trainer underpinned by over 25 years’ business experience. He is currently General Manager of Small Business SA and his previous roles include State Director for Optus Business, Regional Manager SA/WA for AAPT and State Manager for Dimension Data.
Paul runs his own small business (Physio Pilates Proactive) with his wife Rachel who founded it in 2002. He has a Graduate Certificate in Business and has been awarded fellowship of The Australian Institute of Management (FAIM). His advisory roles include being a member of the State Council for the Australian Information Industry Association, judging the RSB Young Business Leaders Program and mentoring the winning entrant in the Young Entrepreneurs Challenge.
