Account Manager/Sales Support. Based in Gladesville NSW. Full time or Part time - flexible

You've Been Promoted is a small but growing promotional merchandise company. We are seeking a talented Account Manager/inside sales support person who will oversee client orders from inception to delivery and provide valuable support to internal and external clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide customer support and order management for clients.
• Process orders in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail
• Oversee the ordering process from start to finish
• Source and develop promotional merchandise
• Stock control and warehouse management
• General administration tasks

Desired Qualifications

• 2 + years promotional products sales or support experience preferred but not essential
• Strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems without direction
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and meet demanding deadlines
• Courteous and prompt customer service skills
• Highly personable and easily builds rapport
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Xero and excel
• Graphic design including web and social media graphics, artwork, and logo design
