Account Manager/Sales Support
Account Manager/Sales Support. Based in Gladesville NSW. Full time or Part time - flexible
You've Been Promoted is a small but growing promotional merchandise company. We are seeking a talented Account Manager/inside sales support person who will oversee client orders from inception to delivery and provide valuable support to internal and external clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide customer support and order management for clients.
- Process orders in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail
- Oversee the ordering process from start to finish
- Source and develop promotional merchandise
- Stock control and warehouse management
- General administration tasks
Desired Qualifications
- 2 + years promotional products sales or support experience preferred but not essential
- Strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems without direction
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and meet demanding deadlines
- Courteous and prompt customer service skills
- Highly personable and easily builds rapport
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Xero and excel
- Graphic design including web and social media graphics, artwork, and logo design
