Primary responsibilities:

• Manage the domestic sourcing and production client requirements for the Promotional Marketing business at Zinc.
• Manage domestic production ensuring effective outcomes.
• Receive briefs from the internal Client Service Team.
• Brief internal creative studio as required.
• Source product to satisfy the requirements of the brief.
• Prepare product costings.
• Prepare client presentations.
• Create PO’s and send them to the supply partners.
• Follow the production of the orders through to completion.
• Arrange delivery and/or distributions.
• Entering data into ERP system.
• Work closely with the Production Team, Client Service Team and Supply Partners to drive process effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Ensure all sourcing and production jobs are effectively managed from quoting right through to production, quality control and logistics.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Promotional experience of 1 + years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills.
