APPA launches 2020-2023 Strategic Plan
The Australasian Promotional Products Association (APPA) today launched its new Strategic Plan.
The 2020-2023 Strategic Plan is based on a renewed direction for the Association that will see it explore new initiatives that benefit not only members, but also the wider industry.

With a new Purpose and Mission Statement, the new strategic plan identifies three strategic platforms under which eight new strategic initiatives are detailed, each comprised of a number of exciting activities and projects.

Three strategic platforms:
APPA President Robert Williams said, “APPA members have strongly been involved in shaping this plan. Over the past few months members have provided feedback via a membership survey, were consulted via member workshops and attended a strategy planning day with the Board”.
The next important objective for APPA in bringing the Strategic Plan to life is to create and foster a volunteer culture among Association members. APPA will reiterate the need for committees and working groups by ensuring members are actively engaged in delivering this strategy over the next few years.
