Promotional Merchandise, Print and Work Wear Sales Specialist

Kulbardi is seeking a candidate to fulfill a role as a Promotional Merchandise Sales Specialist, ideally with exposure to Print Management and the Work Wear clothing industry, Based in Belmont WA office. The role will very much involve front-line business development & sales support as Kulbardi pitches to top-tier businesses, working with the Kulbardi team as a specialist in your area of expertise.

 Sourcing and quoting a variety of branded products according to briefs supplied by customers or the Kulbardi team in a timely fashion, coupled with engaging direct with customers to resolve enquiries and ensuring sales orders and production deadlines are met. There will be a strong focus on utilising reports to manage replenishment of warehouse inventory, as well as strict quality control of goods produced and an emphasis on vendor management. 

Attributes required:

1. Thorough understanding of the Promotional Merchandise Industry, with Work Wear products and Print Management regarded highly.  A wide knowledge of the appropriate supply chain to fulfil production of goods is also a sought-after asset.
2. Knowledge of printing & order processing would be an advantage
3. An interest in current industry trends and past association with APPA will be preferable.
4. Extensive knowledge of decoration techniques and colour reproduction including use and limitations – pad printing, laser engraving, screen printing, embroidery etc.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as an understanding of associated artwork and file type issues. Additionally, prior experience in Xebra Source is preferred.
6. Project management and large contract Implementation skills and an understanding of international and domestic freight logistics.
7. Demonstrated ability of use of ERP, such as Microsoft Navision or SAP.

An attractive base salary plus superannuation commensurate with experience will be offered to the successful candidate.
