We are one of Sydney's leading promotional product companies with an enviable client base and a great reputation. We have enjoyed fantastic success over the past 20 years and due to our continued growth, we are looking for a full time Senior Account Manager to join our team based in Tempe.

We are looking for someone to be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in the promotional products industry and have a successful track record in sales. 


  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Help customers through email, phone, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams


  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work individually, and as part of a team
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
