We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Account Manager to join our team and make sure all our clients experience the level of service and professionalism they have come to expect. 

About the role
You’ll be working with a range of existing clients and also pro-actively seeking new opportunities. The role enables you to truly partner and nurture clients through the sales, production and delivery process, all with the goal of your client being blown away by the experience as well as the products.  And of course, you’ll be supported all the way through the process by a great team and leading edge technology.

What does the role involve?

  • Engaging and meeting with clients - face to face or via Zoom
  • Building relationships with our existing and new clients
  • Professionally consulting with clients about which products will best meet their needs
  • Quoting promotional products and services
  • Overseeing the production phase to ensure your client gets what they ordered and gets it in the time promised
  • Managing the life cycle of multiple projects from start to finish
  • Working as part of a team to maximise every opportunity

About You:

  • Dependable, adaptable to change and able to communicate at all levels.
  • Able to work autonomously and be highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • A creative thinker with great attention to detail, well-organised and enthusiastic with a strong drive in sales.
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients and be able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • 3+ years experience in an Agency environment or similar with a proven sales track record.
