Pwrsce is a long-established company specializing in supplying innovative brand merchandise/marketing materials to Global Brands. we are heavily focused on IP and bespoke product innovation in the brand marketing sector including promotional merchandise, point of sale and limited-edition packaging. Creating our own unique products is our core focus. Pwrsce’s head office is located in Melbourne’s CBD and is looking to have on the ground sales representation in Sydney.
We are seeking an experienced BDM/Account Manager to join our team to manage a number of existing Sydney accounts and also focus on New Business Development. A minimum of 3 years experience in sales in the promotional product/branded merchandise industry IS A MUST. The key attributes we are looking for are below;
- You will have a proven track record with at least 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the promotional/brand merchandise industry.
- You MUST have a good understanding of brand marketing and be able to Confidently communicate and discuss business at a high level with major brand clients.
- You are results driven with a desire to succeed and excel.
- You are a great relationship manager with excellent verbal and written skills.
- You are extremely motivated and excited about new opportunities and supporting clients, working collaboratively with your support team.
- You will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- You have a great ability to build and grow existing clients and are always looking for the next opportunity.
- You will work well autonomously, are self-sufficient and strive to always exceed client’s expectations.
- You will be working from home visiting clients as required.
Remuneration will be a base salary (which includes car allowance and WFH allowance) with a very Generous commission structure.
