Sales Support – Promotional Merchandise and Apparel
FULL TIME POSITION – BASED IN NORTH BRISBANE
An opportunity exists for a professional and energetic Sales Support to join our team at The Branding Business. We are an established promotional merchandise provider whose team culture is one of commitment, success and fun.
You will work within a team environment and play a critical role in helping grow our business by providing outstanding support to our dynamic sales team.
THE ROLE
As an integral member of the Branding Business you will be providing support to the sales team on a daily basis:-
· Assisting the sales team by way of product sourcing, quoting plus both supplier and client liaisons
· Processing purchase orders
· Offering a complete administration support service to our sales department
· Presenting a high level of customer service skills
· Coordinating the administration process for the sales team
· Taking initiative and being proactive with sales ideas and concepts
· Providing a friendly link between the client, the sales and production teams
The Non-Negotiable:
It is essential that you are professional, outgoing, friendly and a good representation of our business. You will radiate confidence and nothing will be too much trouble when it comes to our customers. We say "yes" always and you will be capable of working out the “how" autonomously.
You will back all of this up with proven skills:
· Previous experience in the promotional merchandise and/or apparel industry and a strong background in administration
· Be proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of Xero would be advantageous but not necessary
· Be super organised and a fantastic multi tasker, with the ability to quickly learn and follow procedures with meticulous detail.
· Be a team player and prepared to work hard in all areas of this growing business.
· Professional presentation and communication
· Current drivers’ license
· Ability to deal with competing priorities
· Confidently liaise with people at all levels
· Can do and will do attitude
