About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director the Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales of promotional merchandise from the preparation of quotations to the decorated end product's delivery. The role is creative and includes the design of concept visuals, the proofing of artwork in line with branding guidelines, and exceptional customer service provision.

Key role responsibilities:

  • Design of concept visuals and art proofs in line with client brand guidelines
  • Preparation of creative concept presentations and quotations 
  • Coordinating end-to-end production of print jobs
  • Manage inbound enquiries regarding production, print schedules, samples, artwork, and all related matters
  • Manage orders placed via the e-commerce store
  • Support the Operations Manager with courier bookings
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Ensure all jobs are completed on time and accurately
  • Provide outstanding customer service 
  • Manage the product and client databases
  • Provide onsite event support when needed. 

 Essential Criteria

  • Minimum two (2) years experience in the promotional merchandising industry or similar
  • Medium to advanced level of Microsoft Office and IT skills with the ability to learn new software (we use Commonsku) quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and the initiative to work autonomously as required
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workflow
  • Share a passion for learning and development
  • A current drivers licence

Desirable

  • Experience with Adobe CC including Illustrator and Photoshop
  • A creative flair to add your ideas to the mix
