Customer Service/Administration Support
Based in Rosebery Printec Int. is a long time established apparel manufacturer who have been supplying innovative new designs and technical fabrics to the Australian Corporate & Promotional Uniform and Sportswear markets for 25 years. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, responsible person with exceptional customer service and administration skills to join our team on a full-time permanent Monday to Friday basis.
This is an existing role and a unique opportunity for the right person to join our well established and successful customer service and sales team. Your product knowledge (following in-house training) and strong customer service skills will help ensure our customers receive the most reliable and finest service.
If you have previous clothing & promotional products experience in a customer service role then this position will be ideal for you.
This interactive role will require you to perform a variety of administrative tasks including but not restricted to:
Ø Answering all incoming calls
Ø Assisting with customer enquiries
Ø Order processing
Ø Assist Despatch
Ø Liaise with Warehouse
Ø Assist walk-in customers
Ø Other miscellaneous ad hoc duties
The person we are looking for has the following attributes:
· High level customer service skills (internal and external)
· Strong work ethic
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Flexible, adaptable and willing to learn on the job
· Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word & Excel
· Experience with MYOB and Microsoft Office applications
· Ability to work as part of a team and with minimal supervision
· Experience with Photoshop, AI & In-Design will be an advantage
· Have an “above and beyond” attitude
