Signal Group is a fast growing Coomera based organisation specialising in branded promotional products and name badge solutions. We are currently looking to hire high performance business to business telesales account managers.

Life is not easy, and this role is not easy, however once you know it's tough it gets easier.  We are looking for resilient people who have experienced failure and bounced back to the next level.   

With a repeat order level of over 96% (for which commission is paid), the ability to make those cold calls and ask the bold questions will be the difference of a true winner.  If you do not enjoy and love rejection this role is not for you.

New business will be key to success in the role. If you are a continuous learner who is prepared to listen to advice on a proven sales system to enhance your skills and income, this will be the role for you.

You need to have a 'can do' attitude and put your energy into solutions. Negativity is not accepted in our environment. Behaviour and attitude coupled with enthusiasm is the key to success.

Office hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (one hour for lunch).

You will be/have:

  • Reliable and honest with a strong work ethic.
  • Highly organised, motivated and results focused
  • Ability and the drive to hunt for new sales.
  • Goal orientated, dedicated and target focused.
  • Proficient Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to speak with businesses and business minded people.
  • KPI driven with a hunter approach and an engaging and confident personality.
  • A self-starter with a strategic approach to researching, generating leads, cold-calling and following the sales process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer relationships, building your database and following up client accounts.
  • Converting leads and Closing sales.
  • Accurately logging all calls, data and results into the CRM system and provide sales forecasting.
