APPA Advertising Terms and Conditions

The APPA Advertising Terms and Conditions set out the standard terms and conditions for advertising products and services supplied by the Australasian Promotional Products Association ("APPA”)  to a purchasing entity (“the purchaser").

General

  1. Every advertiser and purchaser who purchases an advertising product or service from APPA agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Advertising products and services detailed in APPA’s Digital Advertising Rates Guide can only be purchased by existing financial members of APPA.
  3. Advertising products or services purchased from APPA are forfeited in the event that the purchaser elects to cancel their APPA membership.
  4. Any scheduled advertising will be cancelled in the event that the purchaser elects to cancel their APPA membership.
  5. Receipt of a digital (email) booking confirmation from APPA forms the basis of a contract between APPA and the purchaser for the provision of an agreed advertising product, service or package.
  6. All advertising products and services in APPA’s Digital Advertising Rates Guide are considered unsold until payment is made.
  7. All products and services listed in APPA’s Digital Advertising Rates Guide are subject to availability.
  8. Unless stated otherwise in APPA’s Digital Advertising Rates Guide, all purchased advertising products, services or packages must be scheduled for publication within twelve months from the date of payment.
  9. If the purchaser does not redeem the full entitlement of an Advertising Package within twelve months, any unused advertising credits will be forfeited.
  10. APPA reserves the right to alter the publication date of any item listed in the Digital Advertising Rates Guide at any time.

Advertising Content

  1. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the required content and artwork in the correct format before the deadline specified by APPA.
  2. If the required content is not provided by the purchaser to APPA before the specified content deadline, the purchaser forfeits the right to the purchased product or service.
  3. By submitting advertising material to APPA or approving the publication of advertising material by APPA on their behalf, the purchaser warrants that the advertising material complies with all relevant laws and regulations and that its publication will not give rise to any claims or liabilities against APPA, its directors, employees or agents.
  4. APPA has the right to refuse to publish any content or artwork submitted by the purchaser for any reason.
