The Role

Is Full-Time based within our Head Office – Rowville, 3178

In this busy and challenging role, you will be assisting our Sales Team, involved in local sourcing, costing and presentation processes / quotes and be involved with:

• Working closely with leading international brands.
• Sourcing and costing of creative products that fit a client's brief from local manufacturers/sources.
• Liaising and Negotiating with a diverse range of local quality suppliers.
• Assist in preparing presentations of sales inquiries from clients.
• Liaising with our team of designers, sales & production staff.
• Adapt to an ever-changing work environment and be an enthusiastic team player.

You..............The Candidate

We are looking for somebody that is self-motivated, customer focused, reliable and will possess a strong desire to succeed with the help of like-minded team members. You will have a good working knowledge of computers and an eye for detail. Some graphics ability & presentation / quoting skills would be to your advantage.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years industry experience, either in Promotional Merchandise Gift-ware or the Retail sector.
• Either Sales Co-Ordination or Production Experience will be advantageous.
• A work ethic that demonstrates consistency and confidence in your ability to handle a range of tasks.
• Being well organized and a great communicator will take you a long way.
