About the role
Join the team at Impression Promotional Products as a Client Services / Administration Manager based in Launceston, Tasmania. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
What you'll be doing
Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email and in person in our showroom
Generating quotes for our clients using industry specific software in which we will train you in
Providing accurate and timely processing of client orders, including order entry, tracking and status updates
Artwork production for decoration for all various products
Coordinating with various team members and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and on-time delivery
Offering advice and recommendations to clients on the most suitable promotional products for their needs
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a client services or sales administration role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Competent in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and/or other relevant software
A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
Relevant qualifications in business administration or a related field would be highly regarded
Creative or design experience or ability would be a huge bonus but not necessary
What we offer
Along with a competitive remuneration package and a great little team to work in, this role also offers the flexibility of full time or permanent part time depending on the applicant (note our full time week is 4.5 days leading to a 2.5 day weekend every week, as we we finish at 1pm every Friday).
