We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Client Services Coordinator who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys bringing creative projects to life. THE ROLE

You'll become an integral member of our Client Services team, partnering with our Senior Account Directors to deliver innovative Merchandise Programs for many leading local and global Iconic brands. From initial product ideation through to sourcing, quoting, artwork and production, your role will be pivotal in bringing exciting client campaigns to life while ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate branded merchandise projects from concept through to delivery
• Collaborate with our in-house Design and Production teams
• Source innovative products from local and international Supply Partners
• Prepare creative client proposals, presentations and quotations
• Manage project timelines and ensure exceptional client service
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver exceptional outcomes

  Previous experience in the Promotional Merchandise industry is preferred; however, candidates with transferable skills from industries such as packaging, printing, signage, marketing and creative agencies are strongly encouraged to apply.
