Why?

Real change happens when we lead with purpose, not just compliance.

‘Promoting A Better Future’ is an Australian and New Zealand promotional products industry initiative that aims to support APPA members as they work towards reducing emissions, reducing waste and contributing to a circular economy.

This program is about more than setting and meeting targets – it’s about setting new promotional industry standards, embracing innovation and working together as a community to make meaningful change.

By collaborating with our stakeholders, we’re aiming to create practical, measurable pathways to reduce our impact on the environment – ensuring the promotional products industry remains resilient, responsible and future ready.

What is the focus of the program?

Promoting A Better Future aims to support members as they introduce strategies and actions that respond to changing environmental legislation and changing consumer demand.

The program will be phased in over three years:

Year One:    Reducing emissions

Year Two:    Reducing waste

Year Three:  Supporting the circular economy.
