Role Title: Senior Account Manager - Promotional, Merchandise, Apparel & Gifting 

The Role:

This role is responsible for local and overseas sourcing & production of merchandise for our key clients. As the Senior Account Manager, you will be working closely with our key accounts to source, suggest, inspire, execute and provide great customer experiences. 

You will also manage and execute our online shops through the Shopify platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage local production ensuring effective outcomes
• Work with our key clients to source and supply promotional merchandise, apparel & gifting
• Brief our internal creative studio as required
• Source product to satisfy the requirements of the brief
• Prepare product costings
• Prepare client presentations
• Create POs and send to the supplier partners
• Follow the production of the orders through to completion
• Arrange delivery and/or distributions
• Enter data into the CRM system
• Manage our merchandise platform through Shopify
• Manage orders
• Manage customer service with customers through the platform
• Develop product ranges for new Shops
• Project manager shop builds with our development team
• Work closely with Clients, Design Team and Supply Partners
• Ensure all sourcing and production jobs are effectively managed from quoting right though to production, quality control and logistics
• Work with Clients, Design Team & Supply Partners to ensure critical and high value briefs/ orders are prioritised 

Key Skills and Attributes:

• You should have a minimum of 2 year's experience within the field of Promotional Merchandise
• Ability to work professionally with both clients and suppliers
• Have a creative and innovative mindset
• Have a “can-do” attitude
• Be a proactive team player and self-starter
• Have a willingness to learn and develop
• Have the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Possess strong accountability and integrity
• Have passion, initiative and self motivation

You’ll work closely with the current team member during a structured handover period over the coming months. As this area of the business continues to grow, you’ll also gain the support of an assistant to help manage increasing responsibilities.
