SHINY Pty Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced promotional products sales professional to join our team. If you understand the pace of the promo industry, know how distributors operate, and enjoy building momentum with customers, this role puts your industry knowledge to work.

About the Role

You’ll represent SHINY’s brands across your territory — visiting customers, opening new conversations, and keeping distributors informed about new products, releases, and opportunities. This is a relationship driven role with a strong focus on proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with promotional distributors and retail outlets
• Conduct regular customer visits and outbound calls to promote SHINY brands and products\
• Present new products, seasonal releases, and marketing initiatives
• Identify growth opportunities and drive new business conversations
• Represent SHINY at industry events, meetings, and customer presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and brand consistency

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in the promotional products industry (required)
• Confident communicator who enjoys being in front of customers
• Strong understanding of products, fabrics, decoration methods, and distributor expectations
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing your own schedule
• Professional, reliable, and able to build trust quickly
