We're SOURCEY.M, a full-service merch company, a bit like a marketing agency, but we supply our customers with head-turning, luxe-quality branded merch solutions and curated hampers. There's NOTHING we can't make happen—that's why we're called the Merch Match Makers! Some of our fave customers include the Austereo Network, Crown Resorts, Specsavers, Maccas, and Google. We've worked SUPER hard to build strong relationships with our loyal client base and local on-shore suppliers, and our search for only the most sustainable and socially responsible products is what drives us every day. We started from humble beginnings almost 10 years ago and are proud to be a female-founded, family-run small business in Melbourne's beautiful eastern suburbs. Due to growth and a heap of exciting plans in store, we've not only recently upgraded to bigger digs, but we are looking for our next Account Manager to help service our growing client base!

The Role

SOURCEY.M is looking for a brilliant customer-focused Account Manager who will not only be responsible for the achievement of budgets, revenue growth and client retention but the unparalleled SOURCEY.M client experience. Reporting to the Managing Director, this hybrid role will deal directly with client marketing teams, as well as small business owners and community organisations—sharing your expert merch knowledge and spreading SOURCEY.M's ethos of sustainability, shopping small and having FUN!

You will also:

• Manage and retain a portfolio of key clients, identifying key opportunities for growth
• Be responsible for your budget achievement · Build strong working relationships with your team and stakeholders to ensure you wow your clients every time
• Create and pitch sales presentations to clients and prospects using your formidable communication skills 
• Be a valued team contributor, living our values and sharing your ideas, no matter how wild they may be!

About You

• Experience in a busy sales environment 
• Knowledge of the promotional merchandise industry 
• You show your customer-first focus in everything you do 
• Understanding of the sales and marketing function 
• Working autonomously, proactively and professionally is your favourite way to work
• Adaptable to individual customer needs and changing priorities
• Trustworthy and reliable 
• Exceptional attention to detail and clear communicator
