We are seeking an experienced Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives targeting SME customers and expanding to mid-market, government, enterprise, key verticals, and prospects. This role involves targeting senior decision-makers, collaborating with sales teams, utilising data and analytics, and crafting personalised campaigns to drive revenue and customer retention. Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement effective account-based marketing strategies to engage and convert SME customers, with a roadmap to expand initiatives to mid-market, government, enterprise, key verticals, and prospects.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify target accounts, create personalised campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Utilise our marketing automation platform Hubspot to segment and target specific accounts with personalised content.
• Implement and optimise account-based marketing content, including emails and webinars tailored to the unique needs of each target segment. A/B test and optimise email campaigns for performance and engagement.
• Continuously analyse and report on the performance of account-based marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise and refine strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience across all marketing touchpoints

As the successful candidate you will display the following attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account-based marketing or a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of achieving measurable results.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Experience in expanding marketing strategies to diverse customer segments is a plus
