We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our team as a Senior Sales Representative. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer inquiries via email and phone, guiding them from inquiry to successful order placement.
• Convert quotations into successful orders, and actively engage in cross-selling and upselling to increase sales volume.
• Ensure seamless transition from sales order to product delivery, managing client expectations throughout the process.
• Participate in new business initiatives, contribute to company projects, and support marketing activities.
• Drive front office sales and interact efficiently with management team members.
• Research marketing strategies, create engaging blogs for the website, social media content, and client newsletters.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven sales and account management experience in the promotional product industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• High attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Independent worker with the ability to also perform in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, QuickBooks, and Corel.
• Deep knowledge of promotional products and various branding methods (screen printing, pad print, embroidery, etc.).
• Experience in promotional product sales, marketing, social media management, and administrative tasks.
• Strong understanding of marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Prior experience with Corel and a creative aptitude is essential.
