The Role

In this busy and challenging role, you will be required to co-ordinate the sourcing, costing and presentation process working closely with our sales & design teams.

You will be involved with:

• Working closely with leading international brands.
• Sourcing and costing of creative products to be branded that fit a client's brief from local manufacturers / wholesalers.
• Dealing and Negotiating with a diverse range of local product & branding suppliers.
• Assist in preparing presentations of sales inquiries from clients.
• Work (Full-time role) within a Team Environment at our Rowville Sales Office.
• Liaising with our internal Graphics, Sales & Production Staff.

What sort of Team Player are we after?

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, customer focused, reliable and possess a strong desire to succeed. You will need a good working knowledge of computers and an eye for detail. Some graphics ability would be to your advantage (PowerPoint presentation skills a must).

You will need to be experienced, at least 4 years either within this Industry, Gift-ware and or Retail, within the sourcing, purchasing and procurement processes. Your personality and work ethic will demonstrate consistency, attention to detail and confidence in your ability to handle a range of tasks. The candidate will need to be well organized and be a great communicator.
