Promo Show Moves to Single-Day Format In 2024 (Followed by Full Day Industry Education and Conference)

Updated 19 January 2024

In 2024, for the first time, Promo Show will be a single-day trade show. As originally planned, the show will be held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre on Wednesday the 14th of August 2024.

Promo Show, which has traditionally been APPA’s biggest, most colourful event, is designed to be an intensive, immersive experience for distributors- a result that is best achieved in a single-day trade show format.

Promo Show, “for one day only”, will provide attendees with a more concentrated trade show experience, enabling you, our distributor guests, to network with exhibitors in a more efficient and productive manner. With a shorter exhibition window, suppliers will be incentivized to level up their presence at the show and make the experience altogether more exciting for distributors.

The decision to move to a single-day show format was made by the APPA Board in consultation with APPA members, promotional products industry leaders and key contacts from within the events industry.

Although Promo Show 2024 will be a single-day trade show, it will not be a single-day event.

APPA is excited to announce that it will be running an engaging and educational Industry Conference on what would traditionally be Day 2 of Promo Show (Thursday the 15th of August).

APPA firmly believes that while networking is integral to the development and expansion of your business, it is just as important to nurture your own professional development and that of your team in order to learn and grow.

While our keynote speakers and agenda are yet to be confirmed, APPA members can anticipate a transformative day brimming with powerful, thought-provoking presentations and engaging workshops designed to educate participants about how they can best grow their business.

Please keep an eye on your email inbox for further information about the aforementioned events in the new year.
