Commencing February 2024, APPA members who complete any of AIM’s accredited courses will be given the chance to win $1,000 to put towards the cost of their training.
The prize draw is part of a wider initiative by the Association to promote industry education and provides support to members who invest in the professional development of their staff.
One winner will be announced each month until November, with each winner receiving up to AUD$1,000 towards the cost (ex. GST) of their AIM course. This will be paid to the monthly prize winner as a reimbursement. This offer is open to APPA members and their staff only.
To enter the draw:
Register (via the AIM and APPA portal) and pay to attend the AIM course of your choice. Attendance at your AIM course must be between 1/02/2024 to 30/11/2024.
In the month you attend the course, send through your certificate of completion (confirmation that you completed the course) and you will automatically be entered into the monthly draw.
What if I register for an AIM course in February and I attend the AIM course in April 2024, which monthly draw will I be entered into?
You will be entered into the April 2024 draw; this is the month in which you attended and completed your course.
What if the course I complete runs over two months, which monthly draw will I be entered into?
You will be entered into the monthly draw in the month you have completed your course.
What if the AIM course I complete costs less than AUD$1,000 and I am the lucky winner in the monthly draw?
You will be reimbursed for the amount you paid to attend the course e.g. if, after the APPA discount has been applied, you pay $899.00 (ex GST) to attend and complete your course, you will receive reimbursement from APPA for $899.00 (ex GST).
What if I don’t send through confirmation that I have completed my AIM course?
You won’t be entered into the monthly draw.
What if I send through my confirmation that I have completed my course three months after I have completed it? Will I go into the draw in the month APPA receives my confirmation?
No. To be entered into the monthly prize draw, you must send APPA confirmation that you completed your AIM course in the month that you completed your AIM course.
What if I attend and complete a training program at another training provider (i.e. not AIM) during the qualification period, can I be entered into the monthly prize draw?
If I am the lucky monthly winner, how do I receive my prize?
APPA will contact you to arrange an electronic funds transfer to your nominated bank account.
